Skull Chalk Art

The skeletal spotlight shines this time on:
Sidewalk chalk artwork of In-Ground Skull

But will it get the High Definition channels?

This chalk art, designed as an optical illusion that it is a hole in the pavement, is not only beautifully done, but also disturbing. Think of the implications... here is a large lady and skinny old man, napping in front of a large skull, which is in the place of the TV. A baby too young for them, possibly a grandchild (an even more disturbing prospect) is sitting up close to it.

They are in a hole. Does the skull represent the deadly influence of constant exposure to the ever-degenerating popular culture? And has it confined them mentally to a lower level of dungeon-like living? Notice the dog is not down in the hole, as he is unaffected by the face of inviting doom. In fact, he's not even really looking at it. Is the dog smarter than the people?

On the other hand, he might have just been walking down the sidewalk and he's confused by the sight of an apparent hole there.
